LaceHost becomes Leapswitch – Today

Dear clients,
It has been a long and successful journey since 2006 when LaceHost was first founded.

Together, we have grown to 3000+ clients worldwide, dozens of servers and over 6000 websites hosted in our Asheville location.

Tomorrow (Sunday), we will merge LaceHost with our parent Leapswitch Networks Pvt. Ltd.

We founded Leapswitch Networks in 2009 and incorporated in 2010. It primarily focuses on VPS, Dedicated servers, Cloud and SEO Hosting.

Leapswitch operates out of 18 worldwide locations in USA, EU and India and hosts over 15000 websites and applications.

Why are we merging and how does this help you ?

1. Single support system – higher support efficiency and even better response times.
2. Single client account – easier for clients to pay for any of our services.
3. Access to 18 worldwide locations – host your website closest to your clients.
4. Access to our VPS, Dedicated server, Cloud and SEO hosting services.
5. Access to our web design services – WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop etc
6. Access to our PHP development services – CakePHP.

The following changes will happen to your existing client accounts –

1. All accounts alongwith your services will be shifted to Leapswitch and will be accessible at https://service.leapswitch.com/clientarea.php
2. All new orders and upgrades will be done in the Leapswitch Portal.
3. Support/Sales/Billing email addresses will change from support@lacehost.com , sales@lacehost and billing@lacehost.com to support@leapswitch.com , sales@leapswitch.com , billing@leapswitch.com .
4. Support tickets now need to be opened in the Leapswitch Portal.
5. LaceHost portal, currently available at https://service.lacehost.com , will be disabled and any old information can be requested via a support ticket.
6. New affiliate URLs will be created and old affiliate URLs will stop working. If you are using our affiliate system, I request you to immediately visit Affiliates section in Leapswitch to get the new link.
7. Nameservers will NOT change.

During and after the merge, we will be on hand to assist you with anything , via chat, email, support ticket or phone.

We have planned this carefully and it should be completed without any glitches.

Once the merge is complete, you will receive an email from Leapswitch on Sunday to confirm everything is working. If you do not receive this email, please contact me directly at ishan@leapswitch.com .
